The information we collect
When you contact us for information or book services, we collect your contact details. During mentoring and coaching sessions, video and audio recordings may be made to benefit the customer. Payment is handled externally and we do not store or collect any of these details. We are also not able to see these details.
How we use the personal information
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Signing up using our forms
- Via contacting on social media or through contact forms and emails
We use the information you have provided to process payments, contact you about our services, deliver services to you and keep you informed of any changes. Video and audio recordings are taken for the customer’s benefit. We never sell or otherwise pass on your personal information.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
- Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting email@example.com
- We have a contractual obligation
- We have a legitimate interest
- We need it to perform a task
How we store your personal information
Your information is stored securely using a password protected and encrypted cloud service using third party providers. A backup may also be kept on an encrypted external hard-drive.
We keep this data until you tell us to dispose of your information. We will then delete all records corresponding to your personal information.
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
